When an item is on pre-order the timeframe can take up to three weeks for your item to be shipped. If you have any questions email us at cupcakemafialaunch@gmail.com with the subject line: PREORDER. PreOrder EMAILS are only sent when your item has shipped. If for any reason there is an issue regarding your order well we notify you via email about your order.
